With a uniquely positioned pent house balcony, you can wake up to a breathtaking gulf view of the sunrise to get your day going, then relax with a sunset view over the gulf after a long day of play. Sunbird Condominiums is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping, eating, playing, and most importantly steps away from the white sands of the emerald waters of the gulf.

This unit is perfect for couples looking to get away or small families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and closet. There is a queen murphy bed in the living room, making sleeping much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa!
Beach service will be provided March 1 to October 31.
While there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a newly refinished laundry room complete with app operated machines, so there is no searching for quarters!

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30 and the wristbands are $6 each.

You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check-in.

The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in and your money will not be refunded.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
