Sunset Lagoon is the perfect home for your beach getaway! Located in Grand Lagoon, you are a short 3 minute drive to beach access #2! You are also minutes away from some of the best restaurants PCB has to offer!
Spacious living room has large sectional, perfect for piling up to watch movies! Lots of windows in the living room let you feel like you are still with everyone outsied, or keep an eye on the kids. Kitchen is spacious and filled with everytihg you need to prepare all of your meals.

Split floor plan allows for quiet spaces allowing for great afternoon naps! There is also a door separating the living area and hallway to 3 of the bedrooms.
Bedroom Setup
Downstairs:
-Master bedroom has king bed, seating area, large smart TV, attached bathroom with walk in closet, jet tub, shower, and access to the backyard
-2nd bedroom has king bed and large smart Tv
-2nd bathroom has large walk in closet, jet tub, shower, and access to the backyard
-3rd bedroom has queen bed
-4th bedroom has twin over twin bunk and additional twin daybed with twin trundle
Upstairs:
-5th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and attached bathroom with walk in shower

Outside:
Garage has full size washer and dryer, ping pong table, cornhole game, and volleyball set up for the back yard
Back yard has outdoor dining table with seating for 6, gas grill, lots of yard for playing, private pool, and fresh water outdoor shower

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
