Let Sandy Kisses be your beach home away from home! This 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach!
With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Primary bedroom has king bed and access to the balcony. 2nd bedroom has fulf over full bunks. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach! There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beach side pool and beach access.

Beach towels are provided. We also have equipment for the amenities and beach chairs for your use.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
