You will want to get Washed Ashore into this beautiful condo. Located on the 5th floor at Top of The Gulf, this studio condo is perfect for couples looking to get away, a vacation for family of 4, or even a couple of friends just needing a little time to unwind.
Directly on the beach! The full wall of windows allows for gorgeous views of our beautiful Florida sunsets.

Other things to note
-$30 mandatory parking fee has to be paid to the HOA office. CASH only, HOA office is on the 1st floor and open daily 8a-5p, if coming after 5pm see security for parking passes.
- 4 people max per stay by HOA ( including children any age)
- Guests allowed to park only one car by HOA ( any additional cars have to be parked on public parking)
- there is no private balcony in the unit, but there are common spaces on each floor with chairs to enjoy the view!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
