The perfect place to relax your Sandy Bottom after a long day at the beach or exploring all that Panama City Beach has to offer. This space has been completely updated, with a modern yet tranquil feel. There is all new furniture, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen to cook all of your meals. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with more than enough storage to pack you bags away, and feel at home.
There is a play area just outside the front door where kids can play and still be close to home

The This condo is centrally located, and a short drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and many other amusement locations including all of the local places to eat. The public beach access is about a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk if you feel up to it.

Walk to breakfast or dinner, even the beach. A short drive to Pier Park, restaurants, water sports, and many amusement options!

Driving is the option to access Pier Park facilities, and parking your vehicle should not be an issue. At times, Back Beach Road can be congested and slow moving. A map is in the home of easier ways to maneuver around traffic.

The pool is closed from November 1 until March

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
